How is pricing calculated?
PatrolPilot is priced per active guard per month. An active guard is any guard who has at least one shift assigned during the billing month. Guards on leave or who aren't rostered don't count.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required. Our team will handle your onboarding during the trial.
What's included in onboarding?
Free onboarding includes data migration, site and client setup, integration configuration, admin training and a live Q&A session — for your entire team, regardless of plan.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
